Bluwulf Design now offers Design and Retouching Services. We will take a high-resolution scan or photo and perform the various bits of magic for color and lighting correction, skin tone smoothing, improving dramatic impact, and enhancing sharpness and detail. The end result is a “magazine cover” quality image.

Bluwulf Design charges $88/hour for retouching and design work of high-resolution images (i.e. meant for print). For web-ready images (72dpi) and wallpapers Bluwulf Design charges $60/hour. The amount of time needed for a project will be quoted before work commences and after the client’s requirements are completely described.
Half of the quoted amount is due in advance, the rest is due within two weeks of delivery of the completed images.

Bluwulf Design is also available to help with any kind of web-based project. We have extensive experience (read: decades worth) in web design and software engineering and can deploy a number of Open-Source and commercial solutions for content management and asset management (i.e. photos) quickly and reliably.
Bluwulf.com actually runs on an Open-Source blogging platform called WordPress. But with creative use of templates and supporting technologies (Flash, etc.) a very robust and flexible “gallery site” is achieved.
